When your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number, which will enable you to track your order in real time on the DHL Express website.

During promotion days (e.g. Black Friday) there may be a slight delay in some orders. In the event that the Customer cannot be found at the address within the delivery date, the courier will try making another delivery after contacting the Customer at the provided contact telephone number.
